Stephen Fry was told that as you get older a kind of u bend develops in the unitary tract and you have to wait and push up behind behind the scrotum to get the last drops out.

Pull you pants right down - the elastic is probably taught around your ball bags making it seem like you've finished. Once your put the old boy away the elastic no longer restricts your urinal tract and it dribbles down your leg

Kidney infection can do that as well. Buy yourself some piss sticks from the chemist or online and check what lights up on those, like blood, ketones or protein. Or if you can actually get an appointment at the quacks that is the best option.
